Welcome to Cleanova Services. By using our website and booking our cleaning services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms are designed to protect both our company and our clients.


Service Agreement

All bookings made through our website, email or phone form an agreement between Cleanova Services and the client. We reserve the right to accept or reject service requests based on availability and suitability.


Pricing & Quotes

Prices provided are estimates only and may vary based on property size, condition and specific cleaning requirements. Final quotes will be confirmed before service begins.


Payment Terms

Payment is required upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed. Deposits may be required for larger bookings or specialised cleaning work.


Cancellations

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Short notice cancellations may incur a cancellation fee.


Customer Responsibilities

Clients must provide access to the property and ensure safe working conditions, including running water, electricity and space to move around.


Satisfaction Guarantee

If a client is not satisfied with the cleaning result, Cleanova Services must be notified within 24 hours so we can review and address the concern.


Damage & Liability

We take care with every service, however Cleanova Services is not responsible for pre-existing damage or fragile items. Breakage incidents will be reviewed fairly.


Privacy & Data Use

We only use client details to communicate, provide services and manage bookings. We never sell or share personal data with unrelated parties.
